The “Belize River Reserve is an ecological land acquisition business model that Carbon Remove is spearheading in an attempt to reserve, manage, and protect critical rainforest properties. An interim time restricted arrangement has been made with a titled land owner  in Belize for Carbon Remove to attempt to create the business model and raise the capital to purchase the land.

The subject land is a 102 acre freehold parcel bordered by the Belize River and Mussel Creek. This land is known by locals to be rich and diverse in plant and animal life and was popular for fishing and hunting. The land is accessible by boat only and the Belize River offers access to the Caribbean  from this location. Previously this land was a small scale farm that has been abandoned for years.

The business proposed is to create a group of 40 shares of $5,000.00 usd per share within a Belizean Land Trust Company and raise $200,000.00 usd to purchase the land. The initial money will be used to:

Create company and legal structure for shareholders

Create land use and land management laws into company charter. 80 acres will be placed into an into a permanent reserve and 22 acres will be shareholder mandated use guided by stringent eco-guidelines

Purchase the land, secure title, and pay all necessary fees

Hire local land manager/caretaker to protect land and animals

If financially viable build initial building for land caretaker and visitors with river boat and wharf

Sign working agreement with Carbon remove to manage and develop 80 acre rainforest reserve

Start shareholders meetings and discuss future usage of 22 acre section
